Come Ride With Us
Membership in American Legion Riders Chapter 28 has ballooned to over 90 members, and we are gaining momentum. If you are looking for fun people who like to ride together, both locally and for long distance jaunts to large events, you have found us. Our poker runs and other fundraiser events are mostly open to the public. Meetings and some of our long distance, Riders sposored events are open to American Legion Riders members only. Membership Requirements
Members must hold membership in and be in good standing with The American Legion, American Legion Auxiliary or Sons of The American Legion. Members must be legally registered motorcycle owners or be the legally registered owner's spouse within the state of registration. All operators must be properly licensed and insured per state laws. All members must obey motor-vehicle laws in the state in which they are operating a motorcycle or riding as a passenger.
Memership Details
Anyone who is already an American Legion member can join our riders group. Non Legion members who are elligible for membership in any area of the American legion categories can become a Rider upon becoming an American Legion member. Joining is simple, and can be done by contacting any of our Chapter 28 Rider officers or members. Request a membership application. Fill it out and return it with your annual dues when completed. Our $15 dues are paid annually.
